Mayfair (Bond Street), Central London
Temp Live in/out nanny or maternity nurse temp or perm for a high profile family with 2 boys aged 12 months and 3 years. 24/5 care usually, at times less, at times more, the flexibility is the key requirement as there is no fixed job description. We are looking for 1 nanny for them to start ASAP. Travel with the family when necessary, sometimes for extended periods of a month or even up to a few months + at a time. Fully staffed house in central London (Housekeepers, Cooks etc). If live out ideally someone who is flexible to live in when required (when doing 24 hour duty). Its really a live in nanny. You have to be happy and upbeat and very energetic and willing to go the extra mile. You must be fit and healthy. If live in you'll get your own large bedroom and bath or nanny flat (options within the house). Looking for someone kind and caring, who knows when to be discreet and when to be fun! Someone who is energetic, who can run around after the children, play on the floor and keep up with this highly energetic family in terms of stamina, travelling through different time zones. It's a bonus if you have a UK passport for travel. You have to be very committed. The most important things are personality, flexibility, experience and willingness to travel. Once they find the right person they will work out a routine, dependent on requirements. Interest with development would be a bonus. Otherwise very good English is required. The mother's goal is to get a team together, who work well together, to provide care 24/7 for the children, if the mother is unable to be around for business or other reasons. Ideally candidates would work a 6-day week, but a 5-day week would be looked at. The family are based in London but will travel to the US, Asia, Europe from time to time, for prolonged periods. E.g. Only top nannies/maternity nurses with 24/5 or 24/6 experience/proxy parenting exp need apply. For this role we only want candidates with a min of 3 years nanny experience.
