Live in nanny for French/German family who lives in beautiful West Hampstead. They have two boys one who is 3 years old and one who is 8 years old. They are looking for someone with 3-5 years experience and who good childcare experience etc. Looking for someone who is happy to muck in and see what needs to be done. Working days are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm. The nanny MUST DRIVE. You will have your own bedroom with TV, laptop internet and shared bathroom. The role will involve shared and sole charge. Mother’s help/ Junior nanny needed for a very loving family with a boy aged 7, girl aged 5, and another boy aged 2, so at least a year’s experience working with young children is vital. Mon-Fri but timings are TBC, which is why they need someone flexible, but the 7 daily inclusive hours would usually start at 8am and would end no later than 7pm. They would love to find someone who is happy to take sole charge of their 2 year old son for 1 or 2 days a week. Housework such as children’s washing, ironing and cooking will be required for the Mother’s help to do. They would also require some light housework to be done. They would like you to do 2 nights babysitting per week and anything more would be extra. They would ideally like someone who can do 3 Saturdays a month but this can be swapped with a weekday so you are still only working 5 days.
They are looking for a candidate who is energetic and enthusiastic as the family are very sporty and fun loving. There are other Au-pairs in the area so you are able to make friends. The family have a dog. Their home is surrounded by woodland and the famous Burnham Beeches. The Mother’s help will have a room on the top floor, with a TV, desk and PC in the room and their own bathroom which will need to be shared if there are guests. The Mother’s help will have full use of the children’s playroom in the evening which has a large sofa and Sky channels. The family are very approachable and down to earth and would love a Mother’s help who is happy to be in their home and part of their family. They would love a candidate who is helpful, uses imitative and flexible. Â

Live in or out Lovely German nanny/mothers help needed. One daughter, who is five. Goes to a very good independent girls’ school which is eight minutes away by foot. School drop-off is between 8.10 and 8.30 and pickup at 3. We are looking firstly for a live-in nanny, ideally German-speaking. We have a separate room with its own bathroom (not en suite but next door). If we can’t find a live-in who fits, then we would consider a live-out part-time nanny.  Ideally living in or near southwest London (we live near Parsons Green).  The hours would be 3-7/7.30: pickup after school and watch Julia, taking her to activities and/or play dates, and cooking her dinner most nights. On occasion I or my wife will be back in time for dinner, but we would expect the two of them to have dinner together most of the time.  If the nanny were able to take her to school in the morning also on some mornings, that would be fantastic, but we could that to be a desired extra, not a requirement. We had a fantastic part-time nanny who was with us for two years, and also did occasional babysitting.  She recommends it

Turville, 20 minutes drive to Henley on Thames-very nice family and we need people
Mother’s help/nanny needed for a lovely family with three children G (7), G (9) and B (10) who are all absolutely lovely and fun children. The family lives in a beautiful village – Turville, which location is fantastic, 20 minutes drive to Henley on Thames. They are looking for someone with excellent spoken and written English, non-smoker, computer literate, and who is experienced and enjoys looking after children in this age group. Driving licence is essential. Working days: Monday-Friday 40-45 hours per week + 2/3 nights of babysitting a week. Your basic duties would be: taking care of the children, cooking, doing housework (ironing, washing, tidying kid’s bedrooms, etc). You need to be cheerful, have a great sense of humour, and be responsible, flexible and full of energy. In return you will get your own nice flat and use of a car.This is a lovely relaxed and happy family who come highly recommended by previous Mother’s help.

Top top role for a teacher nanny, Mon-Fri (live in when working). They prefer 2 weeks a month as well if possible. The Family are very well known to us and lovely. They are looking for someone extraordinary and very intelligent and smart and very well educated. They have other nannies and staff too. You will need to travel with them during school holidays and take your time off during term time. You must be very kind and caring and a great personality and likable. Someone who can help with the curriculum and understand the school system in the UK. They need someone 3 til 9 or 9.30/10pm but if one of the children is ill then you will have to work full time. You must be able to travel with the family when they travel but not always possibly if they can cover for someone else. They are a very nice VIP family and very genuine. If you are a driver its perfect but they have drivers who can help. At the moment there are 3 different schools for the children. Twin girls aged 11 (at different schools), boy aged 10 at a different school. They want someone absolutely very well educated with a good degree ideally, if it can be a teacher who wants to be off school for a year or 2,  it is even better, you are needed to take good care of the children to be able to deal with their homework, their activities, their brain development, organise activities and stimulate them to read and be active,. Any nationality but you must speak  VERY good English. French is a bonus but not necessary. This is a super fun role in a very nice environment and you will be paid and treated super well. Interviews will take place during spring 2012 and only super candidates will be considered.

Live in French speaking nanny needed for family with 2 boys aged 4 and 1 year old. You don’t need to drive. Working days are Monday-Friday. If the nanny wants to work on Saturdays as well she is welcome to do so. The family has a full staffed house hold so you need to get along with everybody and be well presented. You need to be a non smoker. Mum is at home so it’s both sole charge and shared care. They are looking for someone energetic and fun.  The role is child care only no cleaning or housework at all.

VIP German-American family that we know well – is looking for live in German speaking nanny for their 4 children to join the team of 2 other German nannies. Ideally fluent in German, otherwise fluent English ok too. They have 4 children between 3 and 8 years old. Working hours are Hours: 7am – 8pm, Monday – Friday (note: apart from the youngest who is at nursery and home Thursday afternoons, the kids are all at school and out the house 9 – 3:30.) but the hours are flexible when the kids are at school/ nursery etc. The family travels a lot in Europe and world-wide, so you need to be available to join them in their trips; in this case you will work full-days (12hrs) with the opportunity to earn extra money. Also you need to be kind and loving, reliable, flexible, a team-player and presentable. Someone who I great at discipline, very switched on and in control. You should also have some childcare experience, at least 2 references. The family lives in a fully-staffed house. We highly recommend them. Candidate MUST drive and be happy to do some light housework – kids laundry and tidying up their rooms, we have a full time housekeeper so not lots of housework.
