Finding the perfect fit between you and your nanny or au pair is essential, and sometimes highly specific. We meet lots of lovely clients with very particular needs in terms of childcare skills (e.g. mobility assistance experience, nannies with mental or behavioural issue experience) but we also spend lots of time teaming up the special skills of our au pair and nanny agency staff with clients looking for an au pair or nanny who can add that special – very particular – something to their family.

Crafts

Some nannies are born fun makers. If your child has a very particular interest in pottery for example, we can match up your family with a craft-loving nanny with previous experience working with a kiln. We can’t list the skills of every nanny in this blog entry, so be sure to ask (no matter how rare a skill you might be looking for).

Sports

Nannies are active folks, and we want you to feel free to ask us about the sports pastimes of our au pair and nanny agency staff. Perhaps your kids love to swim every day but you’d feel more comfortable with a nanny who’s also a trained lifeguard? Perhaps you’d like a male nanny to help your brood of sons with their football?

Languages

Au pairs in particular can be wonderfully useful if you’d like a second language in your household. We find a lot of foreign parents living in the UK like to hire au pairs from their native country.
