At Peek-a-boo we meet our nannies in person at our London office and in the rare circumstances that we aren't able to, due to the nanny's location then we do a thorough skype nanny interview. Peek-a-boo nannies have at least 2 years experience (or 1 year plus an official qualification) and we check references, run the necessary police checks/CRB checks etc in the London offices. We even run in house London courses such as first aid, Maternity nurse training, induction, super nanny and other training courses for our nannies and aupairs. Our careful screening process is designed to ensure we only have the best nannies in our agency for the safely, well being and development of your child. You can’t cut corners here but it’s surprising how many parents do when they’re trying to find someone at short-notice while juggling a hectic work life.
