Step 1.
Research: Read about what type of childcare to choose? You can call the team on 020 7600 9880 if you have further questions or simply prefer a phone conversation.
Step 2.
Registering: Register with the au pair and nanny agency. Don't forget to read, print and sign the agency terms as you are legally bound once you instruct us to start the search for a childcarer via us.
Step 3.
Our procedure: After we've received the form along with the registration fee which is £50 (excl VAT) either by post, fax or e-mail, we will start looking for candidates for you. As soon as we have found a candidate who is suitable, that we think you would like, we will forward you her/his details and if you are interested we can go ahead and arrange an interview/phone call.
Step 4.
If you like the person we will set up a second interview/trial for you and if all goes well you'll go ahead and offer them the role (yourself or via us but you must inform us of doing so). If the candidate accepts, we will confirm the placement and at this stage we will charge you an introductory fee. See Terms and Conditions on the registration form or contact us for agency fees. We also assist with nanny contracts and au pair agreements as well as offering you a nanny payroll and free employment law service.
