Sara-Director of Peek-a-boo
Sara who is our lovely director started up the agency in the UK. She works mainly in the London office but from time to time also in Sweden. Sara is Swedish but has lived in London since 1998. She has an excellent reputation within the entrepreneurial and recruitment community and her services are very much sought after. Sara has won a number of awards over the years. Sara also runs a number of other companies, including the exclusive Bespoke Bureau that offers lifestyle services, consultancy, advisory, events and recruitment of all domestic and corporate staff.
Sara is also on the exec committee of BAPAA (British au-pair agencies association) and a number of other trade associations and is involved with a number of worldwide children charities.
Lina-Senior Recruitment consultant.
Lina has an International Business degree from San Francisco State University and has herself worked as an au-pair and later on a PA in London. Lina is extremely professional and efficient. She listens to everyone's specific needs and requirement to the fully, and from that makes great matches. Lina is from Sweden and also speaks German which gives the company a strong link between Scandinavia and Germany. Lina has been part of the team since March 2006.
Monica - Senior Recruitment consultant.
Monica is in charge of recruiting and selecting candidates that the agency registers. Monica also deals with clients and placements. Monica is Romanian and started her UK career working as an aupair/nanny. For the past 5 years she has been working in au-pair/nanny recruitment. She fully understands the specific needs of both candidates and clients and has an excellent track record of making successful placements. She has been with the company since early 2008.
Egi-Office manager.
Egi works as support for the nanny and au-pair desk. She work in reception, with marketing, accounts, advertising and general administration. She makes sure the consultants can work quickly and efficiently. Egi is from originally from Lithuania but has studied in London for a number of years and has a business management degree plus a masters in business and financial economics. Egi is an essential and very efficient addition to the company. She has been with us since 2008 and is just back from Maternity leave with her lovely baby daughter Ella. She is expecting again around Christmas and will be leaving us then. Very sad!
